Kevin McNulty - Founder/Chief Motivating Office

Speaker-author-coach Kevin McNulty is founder and Chief Motivating Officer of Humadýn--Center for Human Relations, Growth & Achievement.  Kevin shows people and organizations how to be more successful by improving individual effectiveness. His high-energy, interactive coaching and workshop facilitation style stimulates audiences to think deeper, see clearer, and execute important steps in areas that include personal mastery, career success, performance, leadership, human relations, and organizational effectiveness.  After experiencing his visual learning models and thought-provoking concepts participants consistently comment how the light-bulbs came on…thus participants make the connection between concept and practical application.

Kevin’s 25 years of diverse experience and background as US Air Force leader, Diplomat, Stephen Covey Facilitator, and his vast experience in the international arena, allows Kevin to bring a unique depth, multi-faceted perspective, and real sense of adventure to the training room.

Jane Johnson – Chief Operations Officer

Jane has 20 years of diverse experience in the professional workplace.  After devoting 10 years to the United States Air Force, Jane continued her career with the government as the Assistant to the Defense Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv Israel.  After returning to the US, Jane went back to her early roots and passion for the entertainment industry and started an entertainment and presentation production company producing musical showcases and various events. In 2000 Jane helped start up Humadyn Consulting.  She currently directs the company’s operational functions.


Ashley Crow - Performance Consultant

Ashley has experience in job analysis, performance appraisal, survey development, and training. Ashley holds a BA in Business Administration and Psychology. She is also working towards her MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Her research has focused on work stress and work-family conflict.
